Pick Up Fridays and Bottle Return

Fridays (11:00am to 4:00pm firm) - Toronto and GTA

Good News! In an effort to get you your candles sooner if you're just too excited to wait for shipping, (which is usually only 5-7 business days), you can now get your order even quicker! However, there are some rules.

YOU MUST ORDER YOUR CANDLES BEFORE TUESDAY FOR SAME WEEK PICK UP

As much as we'd love to magically have your candles ready as soon as you place your order (boy would that take a load off of us!), we do need time to create your order. We make sure all of our candles are created with love and care, so we don't like to rush.

Upon check out please select the Pick Up option when choosing your delivery method. Orders are available for pickup on Fridays ONLY between the hours of 11:00 am - 4:00 pm firm. A call must be made to 437 522 R-E-A-L (7325) at least one hour prior to pick up to let us know when you'll be arriving. Pick up cannot be guaranteed without a call confirmation. If we don't hear from you, your candles will be put aside and await you for pick up on the following Friday!

CANT MAKE YOUR ORDER BY TUESDAY?

Busy week? Make your order on a Wednesday or Thursday? Not to worry! You can always come and pick up your candles the following Friday.

NO SHIPPING FEE!

Once you select Pick Up as your delivery method, the need for a shipping fee disappears! Voila! Just like that you've saved a few bucks. You'll also get to meet one of our awesome team members!

BOTTLE RETURN

If you do choose to come and pick up  your order, you can bring your used empty jars along with you! Not only do you get them off your hands but you're helping to save our planet, one jar at a time!
